Peter Ford
Peter Ford is Harnessing Technologies Manager (Schools) for Northamptonshire County Council. He is currently facilitating the building of Northamptonshire's BLT (Better Learning using Technologies) Network that aims to inspire and facilitate a sustainable ‘grassroots’ culture among Northamptonshire's educators and learners that leads to the sharing of ideas, inspiration and practical experiences of using technologies to make learning better.

Josie Fraser
Josie Fraser is a social and educational technologist based in the UK, currently working for Leicester City Council as ICT Strategy Lead. She's worked and spoken at local, regional, national and international level promoting and developing the effective and innovative use of ICT and e-learning design, delivery and policy. She is primarily interested in digital literacy, and the ways in which social technologies can be employed to support learning and community development.

Ian Usher
Ian is the E-Learning Co-ordinator for Buckinghamshire County Council. Prior to this he developed the Hertfordshire Grid for Learning for Hertfordshire County Council. He writes a blog about the use of Moodle at a Local Authority Level & is also an Adobe Education Leader for his use of Adobe Acrobat Connect across the Buckinghamshire Local Authority.
